Location Horsham Sports & Community Club, Victoria
The award winning Horsham Sports & Community Club is looking to appoint both a qualified Head Chef and a Sous Chef on a full time basis.
This Club is industry recognised as one of the leading hospitality venues in regional Victoria and has recently extended its food offerings with an extensive refurbishment.
This popular, community club has facilities including a bistro, bar, function room and cafe.
The Head Chef will be responsible for the running of food operations within the club. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain food safety standards, a keen eye for detail, be passionate about food and have a hands on attitude. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in all areas of the food operations as required. Both positions require good team working skills, reliability and a strong knowledge of the health regulations and relevant legislation is essential for these positions. Previous experience in a Club environment would be an advantage.

Position Accounts and Administration Assistant
Location Mercury Group Victoria, Port Melbourne
Located in Port Melbourne, Mercury Group Victoria Inc. is a not-for-profit service provider in the hospitality and gaming industry. We provide a range of services to clubs and pubs which operate electronic gaming machines (Pokies).
We are currently seeking a full time, experienced accounts and administration assistant for an immediate start to assist our accounts and administration team.
Working under the direction of the accounts manager, you will be a key support figure, assisting with all aspects of payroll, accounts payable and receivable functions, banking reconciliations, and additional accounts tasks as required, as well as general reception and administration duties.
Importantly you will have a solid background working within an office environment having previous accounts experience coupled with excellent MYOB and Excel skills. This is very much a hands-on role where you will add value by bringing with you a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of the hospitality and electronic gaming industry would be a distinct advantage.
