Renea Aisbett is an experienced bookkeeping and accounts professional with more than 20 years’ experience across hospitality, gaming, not-for-profit and manufacturing environments. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Business (Accounting) and is known for her strong technical capability, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Renea began her career in 2004 with a Bendigo-based bookkeeping practice, delivering end-to-end financial services including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, BAS and superannuation compliance. She managed several large and complex clients, including the Foundry Hotel, National Hotel Motel, and the Loddon Mallee Preschool Association, and was frequently relied upon to resolve complex financial and compliance matters.

Following Mercury Group’s acquisition of the Foundry Hotel in 2024, Renea transitioned into a hybrid operational and finance support role before formally joining the Mercury Accounts Team fulltime in 2025. She now works within Mercury’s central finance function while continuing to support venue-level operations at the Foundry Hotel, bringing valuable hands-on insight into gaming and hospitality environments.
