Financial Controller
Kimberley Marangon is an experienced financial professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality, gaming and club sectors, supported by more than three decades of combined experience across banking, venue operations and industry associations. With 15 years at Mercury Group Victoria, Kimberley provides continuity, institutional knowledge and strong financial stewardship across the organisation.
Her background includes 12 years in the banking sector, followed by 11 years in venue operations, giving her a practical, end-to-end understanding of financial management from both lender and operator perspectives. Kimberley also spent seven years with Clubs Victoria, further strengthening her knowledge of the club environment, governance structures and financial accountability within member-based organisations.
At Mercury Group Victoria, Kimberley plays a critical role in overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting and compliance, supporting both internal management and member venues with accurate financial insight, strong controls and dependable systems.
