Pillot

Administration & Accounts Team

Loretta Pillot is a highly experienced administration and accounts professional with more than 40 years’ experience across hospitality, gaming, payroll and office management. Her career spans both frontline venue operations and back-of-house financial administration, giving her a practical, end-toend understanding of how gaming and hospitality businesses operate day to day.

Loretta has worked extensively within gaming venues, including hands-on roles as a Gaming Supervisor, as well as senior administrative positions responsible for payroll, bookkeeping and office management. This combination of operational and financial experience enables her to support venues and internal teams with accuracy, reliability and a strong understanding of industry requirements.

At Mercury Group Victoria, Loretta plays a key role in supporting the finance and administration functions, ensuring payroll, accounts processing and general office operations are managed efficiently, compliantly and with a high level of attention to detail.
