Data and Reporting Analyst
Renato Spirkoski is a highly skilled data and reporting specialist with a strong academic foundation in statistics, mathematics and information technology, and nearly 14 years’ experience with Mercury Group Victoria. His career spans research, database administration, analytics and reporting roles across multiple industries, with a sustained focus on turning complex data into meaningful, decisionready insights.
Renato has held analytical and technical roles with organisations including Victoria University, Pentana Solutions and Roy Morgan Research, before joining Mercury Group Victoria. This diverse background has equipped him with a deep understanding of data architecture, statistical analysis and business intelligence within both commercial and research-driven environments.
At Mercury, Renato plays a critical role in supporting gaming performance, financial oversight and compliance through the development of robust, in-house data systems. His work underpins key decision-making across gaming operations, loyalty programs and regulatory reporting, providing accurate, timely and actionable insights to management and member venues.
